About Us

We are a Human Resources consulting, with over 17 years of experience working on Recruitment process using Recruitment Assessment techniques. We also have vast experience of working generalist in the area of Human Resources in management companies of japanese and methodologies of work that ensure the continuous improvement of the processes and success of the business.

Methodology of Work

Our Methodology consists of 4 stages:

1. Client's need

We make contact with the Customer's Need to form a virtual, phone, or face-to-face


2. Initial Interview

We arranged an Interview in 24 hours. to give an accurate assessment of the Client's Need.

3. Plan of Action

Within 48 hours. we present a Plan of Action as required based on the Methodology PDCA (Plan - Do-Check - Action)


4. Validation and Implementation

We review with our client the proposed Action Plan and work on the Implementation of the same.
